2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and personalize our Services, to communicate with you, and to comply with our legal obligations. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and research purposes. We never use your data to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process within 30 days. Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days in backup systems before it is purged.

  • Server logs: retained for a maximum of 90 days.
  • Marketing data: retained until you opt out.
  • Deleted account data: purged within 30–90 days.

9. Biometric & AI Data

Quantix does not collect biometric data. Any AI-related processing of your inputs — such as generating websites from text prompts — is performed to fulfil the service you request. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train or improve our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. You may change this preference at any time in your Account Settings.

  • AI prompt data is processed in real-time and not stored by default.
  • Model training opt-in is disabled by default for all accounts.
  • Anonymized usage statistics may be used for model improvement with consent.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

  • Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts.
  • Parents may submit a removal request via our support portal.
  • We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

11. Data Infrastructure & Servers

Your data is stored and processed on secure cloud infrastructure. We use a globally distributed network to ensure low-latency access while maintaining compliance with regional data residency requirements. We partner with SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers to ensure the highest standard of infrastructure security.

  • Primary data centers are located in the US and EU.
  • EU user data may be stored within the EU on request.
  • All infrastructure providers are SOC 2 Type II certified.
  • Daily automated backups with point-in-time recovery.

12. International Data Transfers

As a global service, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data during international transfers.

  • We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers.
  • We participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Cross-border transfers are subject to our data protection agreements.

13. Policy Updates & Notifications

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we offer, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email, by posting a prominent notice in the platform, or by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

  • Email notifications sent to your registered address.
  • A banner will appear in-app for significant policy changes.
  • You may choose to close your account if you disagree with updates.
