Quantix is an AI-powered website building platform that allows users to create, design, and deploy production-ready websites and web applications using the power of next-generation artificial intelligence. Our services include but are not limited to: AI-generated React code, responsive design tools, a global edge deployment network, a premium UI component library, analytics dashboards, team collaboration features, and custom domain management.

3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

- You grant us a license to host and display content you upload to the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Quantix cancels it. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Usage fees for consumed AI generation credits are non-refundable.
- Enterprise plan refunds are subject to separate agreements.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. We are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the settings panel.
- All data associated with your account may be deleted upon termination.
- Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
- We may retain certain data as required by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quantix does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime; planned maintenance may occur.
- AI-generated content may require human review before production use.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quantix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
- These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; those laws may apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

- All generated content is the sole responsibility of the user executing the prompts.
